Special Case Return Policy
Defective / Damaged products must be notified within 2 days from delivery date. Once product has been proven to be defective / damaged, you may have the option to process a return or exchange. Exchanges may only be authorized for the same exact product. Refunds for returns will be provided when the item has returned back to our facility and passes its quality control inspection. The funds will be returned back to the bank card used from the original transaction. We, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall be the determiner of whether the product is in fact defective. After 3 business days all Defective / Damaged claim will be declined.
